Does the product reviews widget work with Shopify?
Yes. You can embed reviews on Shopify product pages or integrate them with a custom ecommerce site using your product IDs.
Can shoppers see an average rating and rating breakdown?
Yes. The optional rating summary shows the average rating and rating distribution. You can also request an AI review summary, which appears when available.
Are reviews marked as verified purchases?
Anchor.Social does not automatically verify purchases or add verified-purchase badges. Reviewers participate through the configured community login.
Can our team reply to reviews?
Yes. Authorized staff can reply in the review discussion using their community accounts and roles.
Can reviews appear only on our storefront?
Choose Embed only when it is available for your installation. Connected reviews follow your community’s visibility and membership settings.
